Important Notice: Global Birdfair 2025 at Lyndon Top
We are proud to announce that Lyndon Top Caravan Park will be hosting the 2025 Global Birdfair on-site.
Please be aware that during this time, the park will be much busier than usual, and you will not be able to choose your own pitch as usual. All pitches will be allocated by our team to help manage space and ensure a smooth experience for all guests.
Additionally, in the days leading up to the event, there will be some noise and activity on-site as the event team sets up, including the erection of marquees and other temporary structures.
We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you during this exciting event.

Camping in Rutland can provide a wonderful holiday for a wide range of people and has something to offer all visitors. The park is large enough to remain peaceful for those looking for a more tranquil, relaxing camping break.
Ready to come and stay with us?
In welcoming specifically "family campers & couples" to Lyndon Top, it follows that there are some campers that we are unable to accept. We realise that different people have different holiday requirements and acknowledge that we cannot be "all things to all people" without compromising the service that we offer. We therefore do not accept single-sex groups and non-family bookings.
Schools and organised groups are welcome and must be booked in advance.
