Are you a friendly, hardworking couple with a passion for the outdoors and great customer service? Lyndon Top Caravan Park, a peaceful and scenic touring site overlooking stunning Rutland Water, is looking for experienced site wardens to join our team for the 2026 season.

This is more than just a job – it’s an opportunity to be part of a welcoming, laid-back community in one of England’s most beautiful rural spots.

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handling phone and email enquiries, taking bookings, and assisting guests on arrival

• Providing helpful, friendly service to ensure all our visitors feel welcome

• Keeping our brand-new, purpose-built toilet and shower block clean and well-maintained

• General site maintenance, including grass mowing (using a medium-sized tractor) and groundskeeping

• Light admin and record-keeping

• Supporting the overall smooth running of the park in a proactive and hands-on manner

🌟 What We’re Looking For:

• A couple with previous site warden experience

• A can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in with varied tasks

• Friendly, approachable personalities – you enjoy meeting people and making them feel at home

• Good communication and practical skills

• Physically fit and happy to work outdoors in all weathers

• Able to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays
